This Surgical Oncology virtual mock oral course is a comprehensive review designed to help you pass the Surgical Oncology oral exam. This hands-on approach mirrors the format implemented on the oral board exam given by the American Board of Surgery. Participants engage in 30-minute mock oral sessions reviewing cases and practicing everyday clinical scenarios. In addition to experiencing mock oral exams that are practical and organic, participants will also receive a brief assessment and guidance from our accomplished faculty mock oral examiners, as well as the opportunity to refine their thoughts, communication skills, and ability to make informed decisions.
As a bonus with your registration, participants can access pre-recorded virtual one-on-one mock oral sessions between individual candidates and our top faculty, covering all required topic areas. Additionally, one complimentary virtual mock oral session is included. Participants may purchase as many additional virtual private mock oral sessions as needed.
The meeting will be delivered using Zoom Cloud Meetings, allowing audio and visual interaction between you and the faculty. It is recommended to have a computer with a stable internet connection to participate. The Osler Institute is committed to providing high-quality education to our learners. We offer courses that are guaranteed to help them confidently pass their examinations. In the unlikely event that a learner does not pass their examination, we allow them to re-enroll in a course tuition-free* until they succeed. Suppose you have attended an Osler course or subscribed to an online review and failed the examination for which the course was designed within the following nine months. In that case, you can re-enroll in an Osler course or resubscribe to the same term online review until you pass. This offer is tuition-free, but a corresponding failed examination attempt must precede each free course.
Please be aware that the course registration fee does not cover hotel costs, meeting amenities, or any additional mock orals or study materials. If you want to enroll in a course under the guarantee, please make sure that you complete the enrollment process more than 30 days before the course start date. By doing so, you can avoid any late fees that may apply if you enroll after this time frame.
