The Osler “Until You Pass” Guarantee
The Osler Institute takes pride in providing the highest quality education to our learners. We offer courses that are guaranteed to help them confidently pass their examinations. In the unlikely event of a learner not passing their examination, we allow them to re-enroll in the same course tuition-free until they succeed.
Suppose you have attended an Osler course or subscribed to an online review and failed the examination for which the course was designed within the following nine months. In that case, you are eligible to re-enroll in an Osler course or resubscribe to the same term online review until you pass. This offer is tuition-free, but a corresponding failed examination attempt must precede each free course.
Please be aware that the course registration fee does not cover the costs of hotels, banquets, and any additional study materials. If you wish to enroll in a course under guarantee, please ensure that you complete the enrollment process more than 30 days before the course start date. By doing so, you can avoid any late fees that may apply if you enroll after this time frame.
CME Credits
Attendance at one of our courses is or participation in a qualifying Online review is required for CME credit. The Osler Institute is accredited by the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (AACME) to provide continuing medical education for physicians. CME credits will not be granted to physicians with an outstanding balance.
Cancellation Policy
Subject to a $100 fee, refunds will be made for cancellations received at least 14 days before the course begins. No refund will be issued within 2 weeks of the course date.
Lodging
Lodging charges are not included in the registration fee.
Return Policy
Within 30 days, refunds will be made under the following conditions.
Printed material may be returned if unused and in “new” condition
Electronic media such as USB’s
opened items may be returned for replacement if defective
unopened items may be returned for a full refund of the purchase price.
Online Video
It may be canceled for a full refund within 24 hours of purchase.
After 24 hours purchaser may cancel their subscription and receive a prorated on-site credit to other items published by The Osler Institute.

Intellectual Property Rights
Other than the content you own, under these Terms, Osler Institute Inc. and/or its licensors own all the intellectual property rights and materials contained in this Website.

Osler Institute Inc is permitted to revise these Terms at any time as it sees fit, and by using this Website you are expected to review these Terms on a regular basis.
Assignment
The Osler Institute Inc. is allowed to assign, transfer, and subcontract its rights and/or obligations under these Terms without any notification. However, you are not allowed to assign, transfer, or subcontract any of your rights and/or obligations under these Terms.
Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms will be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Indiana, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Indiana for the resolution of any disputes.
